One thing I’d do in Leichhardt
My pick
The Italian Forum and Norton Street: eat, wander, and take in Sydney’s historic Little Italy.
The Forum is the piazza at 23 Norton Street. It is also home to Teatro, a 300-seat theatre that opened in 2025 and is running musicals through late 2026, so a show and a long Italian dinner is the move. From there, work your way along Norton Street past Pioneers Memorial Park and the Palace cinema.
