I’m Ramon Raneal, a real estate agent selling homes in Marrickville and Dulwich Hill, working from The Agency’s office on Marrickville Road, the street that runs through both.
What separates me is my record breaking results and calibre of process. Marrickville is where I’ve sold more homes than anywhere else, many off-market, and in Dulwich Hill that includes a whole block at 30 Barnsbury Grove, sold in one line for $3.5 million.
Before real estate, I played at the highest level of basketball in the usa. my connections led me into becoming a realtor in Ohio, Chicago and Texas, which taught me how to create a sales process that adapts to a unique market. Marrickville and Dulwich Hill are unique.
